Dave Provost, Research & Outreach Librarian at the Veterinary Medicine Library, has published his first academic article in the Journal of Veterinary Medical Education

Co-authored with Ann E. Hohenhaus of the Schwarzman Animal Medical Center, “A Unique Spectrum of Care Tool Provides a Self-Regulated Learning Opportunity and Facilitates Client Communication” describes the creation of a Spectrum of Care Options Presentation and Explanation (SCOPE) which can serve a variety of educational purposes and improve delivery of care across the spectrum of care. Veterinarians can use the SCOPE in consultations with pet owners to offer better, more affordable care.

Provost and Hohenhaus are already at work on a second publication.
